During my recent stay in Kraków, I had the opportunity to experience a blend of traditional charm and modern amenities in a centrally located hotel. Nestled in the heart of the Old Town, just a short stroll from St Mary's Basilica, the accommodation provides a historical backdrop with convenient access to the city's highlights. The hotel features a 24-hour front desk, which proved beneficial for late-night needs, including arranging sightseeing tours. Unfortunately, I found the staff's assistance lacking, especially when it came to ordering drinks. This inconsistency extended to the bar service, where I experienced long wait times or had to collect my own beverages. The breakfast was basic, and I encountered disappointment when essential items, like coffee and salami, were depleted. The hotel serves as a functional base for short stays, albeit with areas that could benefit from improved service and amenities.
